When I was a Practice Management Advisor with The Florida Bar's Law Office Management Assistance Service, I was invited by several law schools to speak for a day to 3L's about the importance of Rainmaking and law firm management skills.

Now that I'm no longer with LOMAS my Alma Mater has asked me to come teach a semester-long course on how to market and manage a small law firm. Students will even get credits towards graduating.

So count me in for those two categories!

I'd also add a #14 to this: Make it easier to relocate after law school. I can't see the benefit of having to take two (or more) bar exams because your best opportunity is in another state. And two Character & Fitness apps with the same questions? Can't we streamline this?

I dunno about the BarBri thing. A lot of my classmates were less-than-impressed by several of the profs, and in talking to Kent students, Conviser is a little to wedded to old friends. He needs to make a few changes.

Oh, and about the "you'll only see one equity question" comment they made during BarBri - WRONG! There were 2 equity questions, which caused numerous cases of nausea.

FANTASTIC POST!!! Although I HAD to add all the blawgers to my blogroll - it's getting out of control!!
