Sound Parenting Advice

As a dad, I can only hope my daughter writes something like this when she grows up.  Now I just have to come up with some great advice for her.  Here are a few nuggets I’m stealing:

13.  Invest your money in something.

14.  Invest yourself in something else.

It is good to get parents advice once in a while but sometimes just sometimes you must have confidents in yourself.

Darryl

Wow - thanks for the link.

I'm at home this week studying for the bar and the condensed advice my dad has shelled out in the past few days -

"You should be relaxing by now. If you didn't learn it in that review course you took, I doubt you're going to learn it this week. If I passed the bar, you'll pass the bar. Drink a beer with me on the porch."

Encouraging, while being a touch disheartening, and all around distracting. It is nice to be told you might have already done enough, even if it comes from a very bias source.
